Ruthie Perez, LPC | Couples & Individual Therapist

I work with couples who want to break out of painful patterns and create more connection, honesty, and mutual respect in their relationship.

Many of the couples I work with care deeply about each other but feel stuck in cycles of conflict, distance, or resentment.

My work is grounded in relational therapy, which means we focus on what’s happening between you, not just who’s “right” or “wrong.”

Together, we slow things down, identify the patterns that keep pulling you apart, and build new ways of relating that feel more connected and sustainable.

I’m warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll support both of you while also being honest about what I see, because real change requires compassion and accountability.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.

If you’re ready to stop repeating the same arguments and start rebuilding connection, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation!

Let's start working together!

More about Ruthie

Ruthie became a therapist through her early work in schools, where she supported students and their families—often sitting with young men and their fathers who felt deeply disconnected.

Watching the powerful moments when families began to reconnect inspired her to pursue deeper, more meaningful work in private practice.

Over time, she developed a passion for working with couples, helping partners move past conflict, understand the roots of their emotions, and reconnect in ways that feel genuine and lasting.
