We are not in-network with insurance.
However, we have partnered with Mentaya to help clients utilize their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy.
Here's how it works: if you qualify, you'll pay for the session upfront. Then, our practice will enter your session into the platform, and Mentaya will submit the claim and handle any insurance follow-up.
Then, your insurance will reimburse you.
Clients can receive 50-80% of the fee reimbursement after meeting their out-of-network deductible.
Use the tool below to check if you're eligible for reimbursement of our services.
We also accept HSA/FSA payments.
The No Surprises Act
No Surprise Act
When it comes to therapy, there shouldn’t be any surprises—especially around cost.
Under the Federal No Surprises Act, if you’re paying out of pocket (and not using insurance), you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is simply a clear outline of what your sessions will cost so you know what to expect from the start.
Before your first session, in your client portal you will be sent your Good Faith Estimate where you can read and sign it.
This is part of making therapy feel open, transparent, and easy to navigate.
