Hannah Froehlich, MA, MFTC

I have been fascinated with relationships and the ins and outs of how they work ever since I can remember.
I am committed to helping others become more relational human beings and show up in a loving and positive way for one another.
Therapy is hard, but the growth can be so rewarding and I plan to be right here to help you through it.
At Colorado Relationship Recovery I work with couple’s, families, and individuals. I am a trained facilitator of Prepare/Enrich and feel passionate about premarital counseling and the extreme benefits it can provide throughout a marriage.
I am also trained in RLT (relational life therapy) and pull from it in my sessions often.
I obtained my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology at Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) and worked the next two years in the school district as a Special Education Para-Educator.
I worked in an inclusive classroom setting within a preschool and greatly enjoyed my time creating a more beneficial environment for the kids with autism and other learning disabilities.
The kids really opened up an internal need in me to connect with people on a much deeper level and help others to the best of my ability.
I then moved to Denver and obtained my Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I am prelicensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in Colorado.
I live in Westminster area with my husband and our dog Harley. I enjoy hiking, camping, playing cribbage, visiting new breweries, and cooking.
About twice a year I take a trip home to Alaska to see my parents and have a trip planned to Paris in the fall!
