I have been fascinated with relationships and the ins and outs of how they work ever since I can remember.

I am committed to helping others become more relational human beings and show up in a loving and positive way for one another.

Therapy is hard, but the growth can be so rewarding and I plan to be right here to help you through it.

At Colorado Relationship Recovery I work with couple’s, families, and individuals. I am a trained facilitator of Prepare/Enrich and feel passionate about premarital counseling and the extreme benefits it can provide throughout a marriage.

I am also trained in RLT (relational life therapy) and pull from it in my sessions often.

I obtained my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology at Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) and worked the next two years in the school district as a Special Education Para-Educator.

I worked in an inclusive classroom setting within a preschool and greatly enjoyed my time creating a more beneficial environment for the kids with autism and other learning disabilities.

The kids really opened up an internal need in me to connect with people on a much deeper level and help others to the best of my ability.

I then moved to Denver and obtained my Master’s of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. I am prelicensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in Colorado.

I live in Westminster area with my husband and our dog Harley. I enjoy hiking, camping, playing cribbage, visiting new breweries, and cooking.

About twice a year I take a trip home to Alaska to see my parents and have a trip planned to Paris in the fall!

Boundaries: How to Define, Set, and Keep Them

Hannah is absolutely wonderful! She really helped my boyfriend and I work through some really tough issues while being fair and compassionate to both of us. I really felt like she was able to support both of us and never sided with one of us. Will absolutely be recommending Hannah to anyone I know in need of relationship help

Would 10000% recommend Hannah for couples therapy! My boyfriend and I had been procrastinating finding a therapist for months because we know the struggle of having to meet with multiple people to find one who is the right fit.We got so lucky with Hannah!

She’s wonderful at facilitating discussions, being balanced on both sides, and pushing back when necessary. She reminds me a lot of the therapist in “Couples Therapy” on Showtime if you’ve seen that show (i.e. wonderful). Both my partner & I agreed she was great. I think every relationship could benefit from therapy sessions with her!

“Hannah is a former colleague of mine and I can attest to her therapeutic skills and natural gifts for counseling. Hannah demonstrates curiosity, compassion, and commitment to partnering with her clients. I fully recommend her services whether you’re looking for individual, couples, or family therapy.”

“Hannah is highly perceptive and tuned into the clients’ needs and emotions. She was able to understand what each person was trying to communicate and help to convey that to each person. I highly recommend CRR if you are struggling to connect or repair a relationship with your partner or family members.”

Hannah Froelich has been absolutely amazing for the past year or so that we’ve been seeing her. She incredibly kind and compassionate. And she balances this kindness with true honest feedback for my partner and I. She has supported so much growth for myself as an individual and as half of a partnership during our couples sessions. I feel so lucky to have found her – almost by chance. My partner and I are in such a better place, as am I. I am genuinely grateful for her knowledge, relationship building skills, and gentleness throughout a difficult period of life.
